Generating voice theory is based on the following concepts:
• It is necessary to use both hemispheres and to activate the diverse zones of the brain to obtain a code of communication.
• When more brain zones are stimulated, the degree of comprehension and retention of the concept will be greater.
• Some educational resources that could be used are: visual material, intonation, gesticulation, mimicry, facial expressions, music, games and more.
• Trying to involve the student within the process of teaching-learning in an active mode, not just as a receptor of the information provided by the teacher.
• It is critical that the knowledge becomes an “experience” for the child to “own” the information and use it whenever it is required.
• If you want to teach a child a second language such as English, it is necessary for him to “think English” instead of translating from his native language. Speaking only English facilitates the process also known as “switching process.”
